Members can sell their sites 1. through the park or 2. privately. Both sales options involve a transfer fee and a membership approval process which both involve the park office. Optionally, the park charges the member a sales representation fee if the member elects to have the park sell their site, the sales fee to be a means of offsetting the time costs of that staff member. In this fashion, though it is most common for sites to pass to the next generation within a family, if the member is leaving the park we strive to give our members these two options, and yet also align the costs borne by the membership-at-large to each path.
