Dust off your decorations, find your costumes and stock up on treats! Halloween is back this year at PLCR. This year we will invite the children of the park to get dressed up and enjoy some trick or treating on SATURDAY AUGUST 27th at 6:30PM.

If you are new to the park since we last held trick or treating, it works pretty much the same as the October version of Halloween. Children get into costumes, bring a bag, and at 6:30pm head out to trick or treat. Members who wish to join in the fun usually set up with their treats on their porches and lawns, or leave treats out. Children will be looking for sites with willing participants and won't be knocking on all the doors in the park, so it helps to make it obvious that your site is joining in (most commonly by sitting out and welcoming the kids).

This is a great event for the kids and a nice opportunity to meet more people around the park. Another bonus is being able to get your kids into costumes without a snowsuit underneath!
